UDise + check list for schools. All Hms should verify these 38 points data and finally give declaration in school login.
Instructions to School HM
1. All Schools to complete the integrated EMIS UDISE+ forms ( 7 parts ) in School login.
2. Download the filled School data (UDISE+ ->Download School Data)
3. Verify that all the data entered is correct.
4. Download the verification checklist (UDISE+ Reports -> Declaration Form)
5. Verify all the points provided in the checklist.
6. Once the data is correct, update the Declaration form (UDISE+ Reports -> Declaration Form)
Instructions to BRTEs
1. In BRTE login, click on last tab. Status of declaration by schools can be checked here.
2. Follow up with Schools to ensure submission of data and declaration.
3. Once School completes declaration, download the School data by clicking on Download button
4. Verify all the data entered by the school using the checklist provided.
5. Ensure all data entered is valid.
6. Once verified and validated, click on the UDISE code of the school and complete the BRTE declaration.
Instructions to BEOs
1. Ensure all Schools and BRTEs complete validation and declaration. (UDISE+ reports -> DCF reports -> Declaration Form)
2. After verification by BRTE, verify the school data for validity once more by clicking on Download button
3. Once verified and validated, click on the UDISE code of the school and complete the BEO declaration.
