ICT Nodal Teacherன் பணிகள்

பள்ளியின் அனைத்து தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப செயல்பாடுகளுக்கும் ஒற்றை தொடர்பு புள்ளி (SPOC).

பள்ளி வேலை நேரத்தில் இணையத்துடன் டேப்லெட்டுகள், ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறை மற்றும் ஹைடெக் ஆய்வகத்தின் சரியான செயல்பாட்டை உறுதி செய்தல்.

ஹைடெக் ஆய்வகம் மற்றும் ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறையின் 100% பயன்பாட்டிற்காக இயக்குநரகம் வழங்கிய கால அட்டவணையைப் பின்பற்றல்.

SCERT உள்ளடக்கங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்தல். அன்றாட நடவடிக்கைகளில் நிர்வாகி மற்றும் பயிற்றுவிப்பாளருடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றுதல்.

ஹைடெக் ஆய்வகம் மற்றும் ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறையைப் பயன்படுத்தும் மாணவர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் பிறர் பின்பற்றும் பாதுகாப்புக் கொள்கைகள் மற்றும் வழிகாட்டுதல்களை உறுதி செய்தல்.

ஹைடெக் ஆய்வகம் மற்றும் ஸ்மார்ட் வகுப்பறை தொடர்பான ஏதேனும் தொழில்நுட்ப சிக்கல்கள் இருந்தால், தீர்வு காணப்படும் வரை CCC உதவி மைய எண் 044 – 4011 6100 / ஆன்லைன் டிக்கெட் அமைப்புடன் பின்தொடர்தல்.

தீ, திருட்டு மற்றும் வெள்ளம் ஏற்பட்டால் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகள் மற்றும் பள்ளி கல்வித் துறையின் உயர் அதிகாரிகளுக்குத் தெரிவித்து, பிரச்சினை சரிசெய்யப்படும் வரை M/s. KELTRON மற்றும் அரசு அதிகாரிகளுடன் ஒருங்கிணைக்கவும்.

Duties of ICT Nodal Teacher

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all ICT activities of the school.
To ensure the proper functioning of Tablets, Smart Classroom and Hi-Tech Lab along with Internet during the school working hours.
Follow the timetable provided from the Directorate for 100% utilization of Hi-Tech Lab and Smart Classroom.
To ensure classes are conducted using the SCERT contents.
Work along with the Administrator-cum-Instructor on day-to-day activities.
To ensure safety policies and guidelines which are followed by students, teachers and others who are utilizing the Hi-Tech Lab and Smart Classroom.
Follow-up with CCC helpdesk number 044 – 4011 6100 / Online ticketing system for any technical issues related to Hi-Tech Lab and Smart Classroom till resolution.
Inform the authorities concerned and the higher officials of the School Education Department in case of fire, theft and flood and coordinate with M/s. KELTRON and Government authorities till closure of issue.
Any other activities related to Hi-Tech Lab and Smart Classroom.
