Documents required for NEET-UG 2026 Form Filling 

1) Passport Size Photo

2) Postcard Size Photo

3) Student's Signature in running handwritting

4) Fingerprints of all fingers of both hands (including thumb)

5) Class 10th Passing Certificate (Sanad for State Board & Regular Marksheet for CBSE)

6) Class 10th Marksheet (Pink Colored Marksheet for State Board & Regular Marksheet for CBSE)

7) Class 12th Marksheet (only for repeaters/droppers)*

8) Any Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/ 12th Board Exam Admit Card/Bank Passbook)

9) Aadhar Card as Address Proof

10) Caste/EWS Certificate in Central Format or its reciept.

Exam Fee:

• OPEN: ₹1700

• OBC/EWS: ₹1600

👉🏻 Last Date to Apply: 08 March 2026 (till 9:00 PM)

👉🏻 Last Date of Fee Payment: 08 March 2026 (till 11:50 PM)

👉🏻 Correction Window: 10 March to 12 March 2026

Note: 

For students who completed Class 10 from CBSE, the passing certificate and marksheet are the same.
