செப்டம்பர் 1ம் தேதி முதல் பள்ளிக்கூடங்களில் 9,10,11,12 வகுப்புகளுக்கு பள்ளி திறப்புக்கான நிலையான வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகளை வெளியிட்டது வருவாய் மற்றும் பேரிடர் மேலாண்மைத் துறை - நாள்: 26.08.2021.
பள்ளிகள் திறப்பதற்கான வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகள் :
*பள்ளிகளில் 9 முதல் 12ம் வகுப்புகள் வாரத்தில் 6 நாட்களும் செயல்படும்
*வகுப்பறைகளில் தலா 20 மாணவர்கள் மட்டுமே அமர அனுமதிக்கப்படவுள்ளனர்.
*பள்ளிகளில் கூடுதல் வகுப்பறைகள் இல்லையெனில் சுழற்சி முறையில் மாற்று வேலைநாள்களில் வகுப்புகள் செயல்படும்.
*பள்ளிகளின் ஆன்லைன் வகுப்புகள் நடத்தப்பட்டால் மாணவர்களின் விருப்பப்படி ஆன்லைனில் கற்கலாம்.
*ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்கள் அனைவரும் கட்டாயம் தடுப்பூசி போட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
*வீட்டில் இருந்தே படிக்க விரும்பும் மாணவர்கள் பெற்றோர்களின் ஒப்புதலுடன் அனுமதிக்கப்படுவர்.
*வகுப்பறைகளிலும் , பள்ளி வளாகத்திலும் மாணவர்கள்,ஆசிரியர்கள் முகக்கவசம் அணிவது கட்டாயம்.
*மாணவர்களை அமர வைப்பதில் சமூக இடைவெளியை கட்டாயம் பின்பற்ற வேண்டும்
*அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும், பள்ளி அலுவலர்கள், ஊழியர்களும் கொரோனா தடுப்பூசி போடுவது அவசியம்.
*பள்ளிகள் திறக்கும் முன் பள்ளி வளாகத்தில் உள்ள மேஜை, இருக்கைகள், கதவுகள், ஜன்னல்கள் கிருமி நாசினியால் சுத்தப்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
*அனைத்து வகுப்பறைகளிலும் கிருமி நாசினி பாட்டில்களை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
*பள்ளிக்கு வராத மாணவர்களுக்கு ஆன்லைன் வகுப்புகள் தொடரும்.
Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP )
Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ) for Health , Hygiene and Safety Protocols for re - opening of Schools for 9th , 10th , 11th and 12th Standards from 01.09.2021 . Schools may be opened for Classes 9th , 10th , 11th and 12th from 01.09.2021.
The schools shall be allowed to function six days a week . Classes & sections have to be split into batches of not more than 20 students per class room . However , if there is additional space available in large classrooms to accommodate more students following strict physical distancing norms , more students can be accommodated by adding additional benches . If however , no additional classrooms are available , then students shall be asked to come to school on a rotational basis on alternate days.
General :
1. Online / distance learning will continue to be an alternate mode of teaching.
2. Where schools are conducting online classes , and some students prefer to attend online classes rather than physically attend school , they may be permitted to do so.
3. Students willing to study from home with the consent of the parents may be allowed to do so.
4. Follow - up on the progress of the learning outcomes of all such students shall be planned appropriately.
5. All students and teachers / staff shall wear face masks compulsorily inside and outside the school premises.
6. Schools when allowed to open , shall mandatorily follow this Standard Operating Procedure ( SOP ) issued by the Government.
7. All teachers and non - teaching staff must get themselves vaccinated.
