ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு 5 நாட்கள் பயிற்சி - இயக்குனர் செயல்முறைகள்
தமிழ்நாடு பள்ளிக்கல்வி இணை இயக்குநரின் செயல்முறைகள் பார்வையில் காணும் கடிதத்தின் நகல் அனைத்து முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் அனுப்பப்படுகிறது
அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் தொடக்க நடுநிலை உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு டிசம்பர் மாதத்தில் பயிற்சிப்பட்டறை நடத்தப்பட உள்ளதாக தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இப்பயிற்சி இணைய வழியில் நடைபெறும் இப்பயிற்சியானது மூன்று கால பயிற்சி படைகளாக முறையே ஐந்து நாட்கள் வீதம் நடைபெற உள்ளது பயிற்சி சார்பான விவரங்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்கள் பயிற்சிக்கு பரிந்துரை செய்யும் போது பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய வழிமுறைகள் இத்துடன் இணைத்து அனுப்பப்படுகிறது.
எனவே வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றி பயிற்சியில் கலந்துகொள்ள அரசு அரசு உதவி பெறும் தொடக்க நடுநிலை உயர்நிலை மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப்பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரியும் ஆசிரியர்களில் தகுதியான மூன்று ஆசிரியர்களை ஒவ்வொரு பயிற்சிகள் ஒரு ஆசிரியர் வீதம் வருவாய் மாவட்டம் சார்பாக பரிந்துரை செய்து அதன் விபரத்தினை இணைப்பில் கண்டுள்ள படிவத்தில் மென் நகலாக இவ்வுலகத்திற்கு அனுப்புமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள்
For deputation of teachers in E-learning Workshops, the following are the strict guidelines:
Teachers should be upto 52 years of age and should possess minimum two years of teaching experience.
Teachers belonging to various disciplines e.g. Language, History, Geography, Civics, Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts, Commerce, Economics, Music etc. should be recommended for the workshop. The name of the teacher belonging to Yoga, Physical Education and SUPW disciples must not be recommended for training. Only one teacher should be recommended from one school at a time for e-learning workshop.
Teachers from Primary/Middle/Secondary/Sr. Secondary schools to be deputed.
Headmasters/Principals should not be recommended for participation in the e-learning workshop.
Those teachers who have already attended the E-learning workshop by CCRT should not be deputed/recommended again.
Teachers on contact/probation should not be deputed as only regular teachers are eligible for the Workshop.
Teachers having a minimum 02 years of teaching experience should be deputed.
After completion of the workshop an e-certificate will be issued to each participant on the basis of 5 days attendance.
To attend the training programme teachers will require to arrange only a Laptop/ Desktop/ Tablet/ iPhone/ Android mobile phone with internet connection. The teachers will attend the online Training Programme from their respective working places from 10.00 AM to 01.00 PM daily.
